Obtained 200 Hour Yoga Certification
Experience with teaching beginner and intermediate yoga students

FRONT DESK STAFF POWAY
Vertical Hold Poway is now hiring part-time Desk Team members.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a solid climbing background and loves climbing. We don’t need elite climbers, but we want you to have a good rope climbing foundation and interest in many aspects of climbing. Preferred minimum of 1 year climbing experience, outdoor or gym.
Has worked in customer service before, or has similar experience in a public facing fast paced environment.
Enjoys people and interacting with people from a lot of different backgrounds. We want people who want to be a part of our community.
Self starter. We value people who take pride in their work environment and will initiate tasks and problem solve.
Good communication skills.
Has at least one week-end day of open availability.
Must be 18 or older.

Vertical Hold is passionate about helping our community achieve their climbing goals! We are now hiring a Coach to instruct our youth programs. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable managing and connecting with climbers of all ages, promoting enthusiasm, and helping to guide them to reach their full potential.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in bouldering and top rope (lead climbing is a plus).
Provides excellent customer service
Good understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, route reading, etc
Passion for working with kids at a variety of ability levels and learning styles.
Makes learning how to climb enjoyable and engaging.
Interested in contributing to a high quality training curriculum and program
Excited to collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver the best overall experience for the team

As a Routesetter, your primary role will be to create engaging climbing experiences for our community by setting routes, maintaining them, and general upkeep of all climbing-related terrain and equipment.
