What We Need From Parents
Online Waiver
We have new waivers for 2022! All gym visitors that have not submitted one as of January 4th, 2022 will need a new one. Sign new waivers for your family and yourself HERE.
What to Bring to Camp

Prohibited items brought to camp will be kept behind the front desk until the end of the day for safe keeping.

What to Wear for Camp
Long shorts or pants – MUST WEAR SHORTS UNDERNEATH ANY SKIRTS OR DRESSES
Active close toe shoe wear – NO SANDALS

Drop off and Pick Up
Campers must be checked in and checked out by a parent, guardian, or designated chaperone at the front desk.
Early Arrivals: Camp staff does not open check-in earlier than 8:55 am. Campers that arrive on the premise earlier than 8:55 am must be accompanied by an adult until check-in opens.
Late Pickups: After camp ends Vertical Hold provides a ten-minute grace period for late pick-up. A fee of $1 per minute will be charged after the grace period ends.
Camp Health and Safety
Safety Measures taken for Covid-19
Any camper showing signs of illness during camp will need to be picked up by a parent or designated chaperone.
Frequent handwashing and enhanced sanitation practices.
Staff will sanitize supplies and facilities throughout the day.
Staff has been provided with personal protective equipment (PPE), including face coverings for optional use and gloves for disinfecting.
Staff has been trained in COVID-19 procedures and safety protocols.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be 14 days before the date of the registered camp.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of registered camp, available transfer, credit, and refund options are:
Change the date to a later camp (if there is space available).
Be credited the amount to use for other youth programs.
Be refunded 50% of the amount.
