I signed up but I don’t see my name on the list - what’s going on?
If the list isn’t full, then our system is in the process of updating - check back in 10 minutes or so! If the list shows it’s full, then you will be added to the waitlist. Check back frequently to see if you’ve been moved up. Everyone within the cap will also be given a courtesy email reminding them of the clinic start time if they made the cutoff!

What if I signed up for a clinic and no longer can make it?
No problem, we understand that things come up! Please give us at least 48 hours notice by filling out a cancellation form to free up the sign-up sheet for those on the waitlist.

Why is my name highlighted?
For all of our free clinics, due to demand and availability, those who reserve their space for a clinic and no-show without filling out a cancellation form will be flagged for future sign-ups. Yellow highlighting shows that you have “no-showed” for 1-2 clinics, and Red highlighting shows that you have “no-showed for 3+ clinics. Flagged individuals are still free to sign-up, but their priority on the sign-up sheet will be lessened to make room for others.
