- Figure 8 knot & tie-in to harness
- Safe traditional belaying with ATC device only
- Lowering skills
- Safety checks/signals
- Overcoming fear, trusting and understanding the safety system
- Correct use of feet and hands on different hold types
- Introduction to climbing lingo

The private lesson allows you to create the content of the lesson. You may wish to become a stronger climber; to learn to climb cracks; overhangs; bouldering; rappelling. Design a lesson exactly the way you want!
